The focus of the MentorIndia program is to empower the youth by connecting them with leaders and experts in different fields and thereby providing an opportunity for the youth to learn from the mentors’ experience and knowledge.

| . to improve leadership skills among youth to enable them to gather ideas and resources from various avenues and to use those resources effectively to solve problems facing their communities; | |
| . to cultivate entrepreneurship among youth so that they will become job givers instead of job seekers; | |
| . to promote social responsibility for giving back to the community and to be active participants in community development. | |
MentorIndia program provides a platform for mentors to connect with young generation and to share their experience. This is a group mentorship program. The mentor provides mentorship to a class/group in a school or college. Our target group is higher secondary and college level students.
